Rafael Mora, originally from Veracruz, Mexico, holds a Bachelor’s degree in ELT and has accumulated over 30 years of experience across various aspects of teaching, teacher training, and academic management.

For more than 25 years, Rafael worked at a prestigious English Language Institute in Mexico, playing an active role as a member of the National Academic Committee. His extensive experience spans a wide range of EFL programs, catering to learners from preschool through to university level.

Currently, Rafael is part of the Academic team at Richmond Mexico, where he is dedicated to supporting teachers in developing innovative teaching techniques and fostering their ongoing professional growth.
