Delmi Ramírez has taught English for 25 years to learners of all ages and levels. She has been an English language program coordinator and director. She holds a TESOL Certificate from the World Learning-School of International Training organization and is specialized in coaching. She has also coordinated the academic consulting team of Richmond Guatemala. Currently, Delmi is the Product Manager of Richmond Northern Central America and focuses on teacher training and developing product training programs for the different sales teams.
